Wedding Setup Support

For couples who have everything planned but could use some extra hands to bring their wedding vision to life.
Our team will work with you ahead of time to go over your layout, décor plans, and setup details. On your wedding day, we'll handle setting everything up, moving décor between spaces, and packing it all away at the end of the night, so you and your loved ones don't have to!
You'll also have complimentary access to our décor collection to help bring your vision together without the extra rental costs.
*This package focuses on décor setup and takedown and does not include vendor coordination, timeline management, or wedding day coordination.

From the moment you book with us, we're in your corner! Whether you have questions, need advice, or just want to talk through an idea, we're always happy to help. From venue visits and seating charts to table designs and creating your wedding day timeline, we'll work alongside you to make sure everything comes together just as you envisioned.
As your big day approaches, we'll connect with your vendors, finalize the details, and take the lead on all the logistics. From your rehearsal to setup and managing the wedding day, our team will handle everything behind the scenes so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.
