Founded by Georgina Smart, The Blaire Collective is an official LLC based in Wisconsin. With over five years of experience working behind the scenes in the corporate and venue-based event world, paired with hands-on planning of weddings, milestone celebrations, and a destination wedding, Georgina brings both structure and heart to every event she touches. Her approach is calm, detail-driven, and centered on supporting clients in a way that feels personal and stress-free.

In addition to real-world experience, Georgina is currently continuing her education through the New York Institute of Art & Design to further deepen her expertise in event and wedding planning. The Blaire Collective is also actively involved in the local wedding and event community, attending bridal expos, venue open houses, and networking events to build strong relationships with trusted vendors. Through these connections, the business has formed meaningful partnerships, including participation in vendor partnership programs.

Beyond planning, The Blaire Collective is passionate about educating and supporting clients through transparency. By sharing behind-the-scenes looks, venue walkthroughs, and planning advice through social media and event content, clients are invited into the process.
