Travel time itself is not subject to additional fees. However, events located more than three (3) hours from our primary service area will require overnight accommodations to ensure the best possible experience and service on your event day.
Additionally, if rehearsal attendance, a rehearsal dinner, or another pre-event celebration is scheduled the day before your wedding and is located more than one (1) hour from our primary service area, overnight accommodations will also be required.
Any required lodging will be secured by The Blaire Collective at a reasonable market rate and invoiced separately following the event.

Many venues provide a venue coordinator, but their responsibilities are often limited to venue operations, catering, and venue-specific logistics.
A wedding coordinator focuses on your timeline, vendors, décor, wedding party, ceremony flow, and overall guest experience. The two roles complement each other and often work together throughout the day.
If unsure we can set up a time to discuss best services for you.
